Change is the only constant in life. In Ernst Ludwig Kirchner's painting "House with Blossoming Trees" (1909), the orange house appears constant. In contrast, the blossoms on the moving fruit trees change very quickly. In yoga, after a brief contemplation of the painting, we will focus on how we can accept change and use it as an opportunity for personal growth and transformation. This class will help us find more serenity and inner peace as we adjust to the constant changes in our lives. With Sabine Roder
