- Wheelchair available
- Wheelchair-accessible toilet accessible by elevator
- Seating for people with limited mobility
- One parking space in front of the museum is reserved for disabled visitors
- Public car parks are located approx. 3 minutes' walk below the museum (steep ascent or stairs)
- Every exhibition is accompanied by texts in Easy Language and large print (in cooperation with the ARGO Foundation)
- Guided tours and workshops are designed to be barrier-free and inclusive on request
Admission for IV pensioners is reduced. Admission is free for people accompanying persons with disabilities who cannot visit the museum alone.
Assistance dogs are allowed to enter the Museum. Any other dogs/pets are not allowed inside the museum.
