The painting "Archers" inspires a yoga class with yoga instructor Harriet Grachten. In both archery and yoga, concentration, focus, and strength are essential. At the same time, letting go at the right moment plays a crucial role in successfully completing the exercise or shot. In yoga, this means consciously releasing tension to promote relaxation and flow. In archery, releasing the arrow at the perfect moment is crucial for precision. Both activities teach us to act in harmony with the moment and to find the balance between tension and release.
