Join our yoga class inspired by a painting from the current exhibition: "Unfolding Like a Flower." This yoga class invites you to open like a flower. We begin with stabilizing postures that ground us and then allow the practice to flow into heart-opening poses and wide asanas. In this way, we experience the connection between strength and softness, between rootedness and unfolding—and remind ourselves that we, too, have the ability to continually bloom anew.
