Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Cow, 1920, Kirchner Museum Davos, Collection E.W. Kornfeld

A work from the exhibition inspires a yoga class with Sabine Roder: The sacred cow. In this class, we will explore the symbolic meaning of the cow in yoga. It is a symbol of patience, abundance, grounding, and devotion. The "sacred cow" reminds us to live life with compassion, mindfulness, and respect—for ourselves, others, and nature. With grounding asanas, gentle flows, and meditative elements, we will immerse ourselves in the qualities of presence and inner abundance.
