Following your inner voice with an open heart

Violet and pink are surprisingly frequent colors in the work of Ernst Ludwig Kirchner. Now, an entire room is bathed in this color family. In yoga, these colors symbolize the connection between the heart (pink) and inner wisdom, introspection, and intuition (violet). The theme of today's yoga class is therefore to have trust in our bodies, to open our heart center, and to follow our intuition. Through meditation, slow movements, static poses, and intuitive movements, we find both physical and mental peace and balance.
